Luxury Sahara Desert Trek

The Luxury Sahara desert trek in Morocco, takes us on a 5 days trekking adventure across the desert, scaling sand dunes to see stunning sunrises. We experience the culture of the Tuareg people as we follow our camel train everyday from camp to camp. This trek provides fantastic views of the Sahara and a real sense of remoteness camping under the Moroccan stars at night. There is also the opportunity on the last day to go sand boarding and quad biking.

Sleeping in luxury Bedoin tents. Trekking with a day pack to a different wild camp everyday, Main luggage is portaged by camel. All meals provided whilst on trek by our expedition cook. Trek led by qualified Moroccan guide who speaks English fluently.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Errachidia and transfer to hotel. Hotel included, meals at own expense 
Day 2: Transfer to Merzouga (1.5 hours.) Walk to first luxury Bedouin camp. 2 hours. Camp, breakfast, lunch & dinner included.
Day 3: Walk for 5 hours across the desert to your second luxury Bedouin camp. Camp, breakfast, lunch & dinner included.
Day 4: walk for 5 hours across the desert to your third luxury Bedouin camp. Camp, breakfast, lunch & dinner included.
Day 5: walk for 5 hours across the desert to your fourth luxury Bedouin camp. Camp, breakfast, lunch & dinner included.
Day 6: Option to go sand boarding or quad biking and then walk back to Merzouga. Transfer back to Errachidia. Hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner included. 
Day 7: Transfer in time for flight departure. Breakfast only included
