Valley of roses trek in bloom from April - June

valley of roses trek

The valley of roses trek in Morocco is a fantastic holiday, which not only visits the splendid rose gardens of the region but also journeys along and through deep gorges and the waters of L'Oued M'Goun. At times it is necessary to walk through the refreshing, shallow waters of the river. You will be able to explore many charming red ochre Moroccan villages and enjoy striking views of Jebel Sahro. April and May are the best months to see the beautiful displays of roses growing along the route. At the beginning and end of your trek you can spend time in Marrakech where you can visit the De Jemma el Fna and wander through the medinas and souks whilst shopping for your souvenirs. You can also enjoy sampling different cuisines in the open air cafes.
